This is for Kimani’s family and friends, I just want to let you know that he is still travelling with me in my heart, I became a flight attendant 1 year ago and I wrote his name on a leather tag that is attached to my bag and I take him on all of my travels… We said we’ll go to Antarctica together, I’ll take him with me there too so he can complete his last continent. I met him in Zanzibar in 2021 when he broke his leg and since then we always saw each other every other months when we were coming back there. I’m French but my mom is Ghanaian, our love for Africa united us, we connected because we had a lot in common, we liked each other and we were good friends for 1 and a half year, and he once asked me what he could do to marry me, I answered « wait until we know each other well for 4 years and ask me again »… My heart keeps crying since he left, I would love to know where his grave is so I can say goodbye, no matter in which country it is, I miss him everyday, he was an amazing soul, I wish I told him that
